§ VI — The privacy sheet

What you lifted is
nobody else's business.

Your training log stays on the device. The only thing we hold is an email address, if you chose to give us one — so this sheet is mostly about that address.

Ruzylo Cloud, LLC operates First Rep. This sheet says what we collect, why, where it sits, and what you can make us do about it. It is short because there is very little at our end, which is the design rather than an oversight.

What stays on your phone

Your training log stays on the device: the lifts, the weights, the reps, the sessions you kept and the ones you missed, and every reduction the program applied. It is written to the phone's own storage and is not uploaded, mirrored, or backed up to us.

The practical consequences are worth stating plainly. We cannot read it. We cannot restore it if you lose the phone. We cannot hand it to anyone who asks us for it, including anyone who asks with a court order, because we do not have it. If the record matters to you, back the phone up.

What we hold

  • An email address, if you joined the register on this site — used to write to you on the day First Rep ships, and for nothing else.
  • An opaque sign-in identifier, if a future release offers sign-in and you use it. We never receive your real Apple ID or your email through it unless you choose to share them.
  • Ordinary web-server logs for this site — IP address, user agent, the page requested — kept no longer than thirty days, for security and for fixing what breaks.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your data, and there is no version of this business in which we would want to.
  • We do not use anything you log to train a model.
  • We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
  • We do not share anything with data brokers, insurers, employers, or a supplement company, because there is no affiliate program for one to be attached to.

Payments, when there are any

First Rep is not priced yet, so nothing is being charged today. When it is, purchases go through Apple or through a payment processor, and card numbers reach them and never us. This sheet is updated in the same pass that publishes the price.

Where the little we hold lives

The register is held on our infrastructure in the United States. Apple holds sign-in credentials under its own policy, and a payment processor will hold payment records under theirs. That is the complete list of third parties.

Your rights

Because almost nothing of yours is at our end, most of this concerns the email address on the register. Write to privacy@ruzylo.dev and we will act within thirty days.

  • Access — we send you a copy of everything we hold on you, which will be short.
  • Deletion — we remove it, unless the law requires us to keep a billing record.
  • Correction — we fix it, or you change it in the app where that applies.
  • Portability — exports come as JSON or CSV.
  • Your training log needs none of this. It is on your phone; deleting the app deletes it.

Children

First Rep is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. Barbell training by a young person should be supervised in person by a coach, which is not something an app can be.

Changes

If this sheet changes materially we write to everyone on the register and update the date at the top. The change that matters most — the day a price and a payment processor appear — will be announced rather than quietly published.
